Although most foreigners think of a finca as a house in the countryside, it is important to know that it is usually a larger agricultural property or homestead.

In our case, the vacation home “Casa Mestre de Dalt” is located on Can Tunicu. It was built around 1970 and today offers our guests a living space of about 160 m² square meters.

The house has two floors, with only the master bedroom with balcony on the upper floor and one of the two bathrooms halfway up the stairs. Most rooms on the lower floor are connected by one to four steps.

You can enter the house both through the main door on the terrace and through a second door in the kitchen porch, which is right next to the driveway and therefore more convenient. An outbuilding next to the kitchen entrance is not accessible to guests and is used only for storage and maintenance of the house.

The house is not barrier-free or disabled-accessible and therefore unsuitable for guests with mobility problems; pets are generally not accepted; smoking is not permitted in the house; we advise against reservations with children under 12 years of age

The house is situated on a hill in a rural location; San Antonio is only 8-10 km (5-6.2 miles) away and Ibiza town 17-22 km (10.6-13.7 miles); the nearest beach is approx. 10 km (6.2 miles) away.
