Kitchen terrace

The canopy at the kitchen entrance, designed using centuries-old beams from the juniper tree (juniperus sabina), which belongs to the juniper genus, is often used as a terrace (approx. 9 m²) if you want to sit in the open air during the day but prefer a shady spot.

Main terrace

Natural stone slabs (losas alemanas) were laid on the south-facing main terrace with its approx. 45 m². It is ideal both for extensive sunbathing and for dining together in the open air. The area under the balcony, which was also constructed with beams from the Sade tree, is ideal for an evening get-together with its comfortable chill-out furniture.

Barbecue area (B.B.Q.)

In the outdoor area there is a brick barbecue with its own terrace (approx. 15 m²), which is orientated to the west. A canopy made of natural materials protects it from direct sunlight, especially in high summer, so that it can be used for more than just barbecuing during the day and in the evening. Pool

The pool below the house (approx. 30 m²) was built on the site where there used to be a basin for irrigating the orchards and fields. Up to six comfortable sun loungers and parasols are available both at the edge and in the immediate vicinity.

Garden

Right next to the house as well as below the main terrace you will find various native ornamental plants (e.g. oleander bushes or lavender) as well as various fruit trees. In addition to fig trees, there are avocado trees, date palms, medlar trees, strawberry trees and a pomegranate tree. Depending on the season, you may even be able to snack on them.
